Jim Manke, CAE founded Association Solutions, Inc., a full service association management and consulting firm headquartered in Minneapolis, after serving over 20+ years in senior association executive positions.

At the center of Jim's facilitation approach is the philosophy of linking strategy with leadership. This thinking is brought to life in his high energy strategic planning and leadership development work with associations and other not for profit organizations.

Association Solutions, Inc's consulting client list includes the American Society of Association Executives, the Russian REALTORS Guild and over 150 national state and local professional societies and associations.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a masters degree in mass communication, Jim earned the prestigious Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation presented by the American Society of Association Executives in 1991.
