Effective implementation of the "Plan" phase requires aligning Goals and Strategies with execution. In this phase we work closely with the Executive Director and other key management staff members.
The final product is an Action Plan that creates systems for monitoring progress, accountability for results and budget / human resource alignment with priorities.
